Lincoln of Coconut Creek provides luxury cars and excellent customer service to our customers! We need to hire BDC Sales Appointment Setters to work in our FAST-PACED business development call center to answer multiple internet and phone requests from potential customers seeking vehicle pricing/availability.
YOUR PRIMARY GOAL is to schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team to purchase vehicles, confirm/reschedule appointments, and more! Automotive BDC and Call Center experience is preferred. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day and earn what you deserve! The effort you put in equals your financial reward! Qualifications - BDC Sales Appointment Setter:
- Automotive BDC or Call Center experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication and sales skills
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's self-motivated to succeed
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and professional appearance
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
