A growing Automotive Dealership in the southern Charlotte, NC area is looking to hire an Experienced Marketing Manager to manage the collection, creation, approval, and publishing of marketing offers across digital platforms - ensuring brand and OEM compliance. This role works closely with dealership staff and external partners to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule. Responsibilities - Marketing Manager:
- Collaborate monthly with dealership teams to gather sales offers and craft compliant, compelling marketing content
- Manage and traffic OEM-compliant creative for websites, email campaigns, and social media
- Maintain brand consistency and website compliance by auditing content across digital channels
- Oversee creative development of digital marketing assets—banners, specials, emails, and ads—using project management tools
- Support marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and social media profiles
- Coordinate and deploy segmented email campaigns, track performance, and assist with reporting and agency collaboration
Qualifications - Marketing Manager:
- Proven experience in automotive marketing (dealership or automotive industry experience required)
- Digital marketing and SEO experience is a plus!
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven leadership with Google AdWords and Analytics, social media, graphic design, video production and copy/content
- Hands on experience managing corporate social media programs
- Hands on experience with email list management and email service provider platforms
- Exceptional project and account management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent time management skills, and deadline driven
