In this role, you’ll blend traditional sales chops and a customer-first mindset with digital content skills — using CRM follow-up, short-form video, and social engagement to drive foot traffic, grow your personal brand, and help every rider find their perfect Harley.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage & Convert In-Store & Online: Connect with prospects face-to-face and via CRM, social DMs, comments, and email — understand their riding dreams, qualify leads, and drive them into the showroom for test rides.
  • Expert Storytelling: Share your passion for Harley-Davidson — on the floor and behind the camera. Film and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that highlights featured bikes, delivery celebrations, and customer spotlights.
  • Campaigns That Sell: Conceptualize and execute mini social campaigns (e.g. “Bike of the Week”) — track views, engagement, and click-throughs to fine-tune content that turns scrolls into signed deals.
  • Build Your Brand as a Harley Ambassador: Grow your personal following by posting expert tips, lifestyle content, and customer testimonials — so prospects think of you first when they’re ready to buy.
  • Deliver Legendary Service: From that first online “hello” or walk-in greeting through selection, financing, and delivery, create a seamless, memorable experience that turns buyers into lifelong Harley fans.
  • Foster Lifelong Loyalty: Leverage social touchpoints and in-person relationship building to turn first-time riders into advocates — inviting them back for gear, events, and referrals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Digital-First Sales Pro: 2+ years in sales (motorcycle/automotive a plus) or a natural connector — driven to hit KPIs, build trust, and close deals both in person and online.
  • On-Camera Content Creator: Comfortable in front of the lens (or eager to learn) with hands-on or quick-learn experience in CapCut, InShot, Canva — and a knack for crafting short-form videos that engage.
  • Social & Viral Instincts: You scroll TikTok, engage on Reels and Shorts, and know exactly what hooks viewers — then turn that engagement into showroom foot traffic and qualified leads.
  • CRM & Data-Driven Closer: Fluent in Salesforce (or HubSpot), you keep your pipeline organized, use metrics to prioritize follow-up, and leverage data to optimize every sales conversation.
  • Passionate Rider & Brand Ambassador: You hold — or will obtain — a valid Class M motorcycle license in Wisconsin and live the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, bringing authenticity to every customer interaction.
  • Relentlessly Driven: You’re a confident communicator who thrives on challenge, embraces feedback, and won’t stop until you’ve turned today’s prospect into tomorrow’s advocate.
