Responsibilities - Technician:

• Performing accurate diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models
• Handling everything from brakes and suspension to engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Keeping repair orders clean and complete with detailed notes
• Working alongside a team of techs who pull their weight and support each other
• Participating in ongoing factory and in-house training (we invest in your growth)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area 

Qualifications - Technician:

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (A or strong B-Level preferred)
• GM, Subaru, or ASE certifications are a big plus — but not required
• Solid diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge
• Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take pride in quality work
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment screening
