Responsibilities - Service Greeter / Porter:
- Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer
- Confirms appointments
- Keep service lanes clear and running smoothly
- Expedites dispatch vehicles
- Assists customers on the Service Drive, directing them to scheduled Service Advisor
- Assists the Service Advisors
- Valet customer and courtesy vehicles
- Review service visit with customer
- Other customer service duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Greeter / Porter:
- Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills - we are looking for a very friendly and conversational 'people person'
- No previous automotive experience is necessary. We will train!
- Must be reliable
- Goal-oriented and persistent with effective time management skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times
