Responsibilities - Collision Estimator/Production Manager
- Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair and restore it to pre-loss condition, and review it with the customer.
- Communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim.
- Collaborate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams.
- Follow repair jobs through the entire process, keep the customer updated, and quality control vehicle for final delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process
Qualifications - Collision Estimator/Production Manager:
- Collision Estimator experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Good communication and computer skills
- Experience with industry standard software is a plus
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team participant with a good work ethic and positive attitude
- Organized and pays attention to details
- High school diploma or equivalent
