Job Description - Sales Consultant: 

• Engages with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, building rapport to guide them toward a purchase.
• Presents and demonstrates vehicle features, arranging test drives to showcase options that match customer interests.
• Negotiates pricing and trade-in values to come to agreed upon terms with customer.
• Follow he sales process, including completing paperwork and coordinating with finance or service departments for a smooth handover.
• Prospects for new business through follow-ups, referrals, or responding to leads, while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Requirements - Sales Consultant:

• Previous auto sales representative experience is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED for this position. BOTH women and men are encouraged to apply for this position! Those with experience in phone sales, customer service, account executive, financial services, mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales.
• Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance,
• High school degree (or equivalent)
• Resume must be uploaded
• A valid driver’s license.
• High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Associate at Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
• A Pennsylvania State Vehicle Board sales license is preferred.
