As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our dealership—greeting customers, guiding them through their vehicle purchase, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience from start to finish. You’ll use your knowledge, enthusiasm, and communication skills to build relationships, match customers with the right vehicles, and support them every step of the way.

Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

  • Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchase process
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and financing options
  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, finance, and service departments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions
  • Send video introductions of vehicles to customers as part of the initial engagement process
  • Follow up with sold clients to encourage referrals, utilizing strong post-sale rapport to generate new leads


Requirements – Sales Consultant:

  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
