is HIRING NOW for a Customer Service / Loaner Representative for our busy dealership. This customer service / loaner rep will work with several departments within the dealership to make sure that vehicle inventories and appointments are scheduled efficiently. Responsibilities – Customer Service / Loaner Service Representative:

• Work with service customers to book appointments for loaner vehicles and manage wait lists.
• Call customers when their loaner vehicle is available to schedule pickup
• Refer calls to the BDC Service department to follow up with customers as needed
• Prepare / ensure that loaner vehicles are cleaned and ready for pickup by customers.
• Get newly arriving vehicle inventory ready for showroom or service
• Assist with other departments and duties as needed.

Requirements – Customer Service / Loaner Representative:

• This is an onsite position
• Ability to work some nights and Saturdays as needed
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
• Great ability to multi-task!
• Must be reliable
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
