Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied and more.
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
- Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score
Qualifications - Service Advisor:
- Required: Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience
- Automotive operational knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Energetic, pleasant and conscientious with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficient on relevant platforms
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
