Responsibilities – Automotive Service Advisor:

  • Welcome customers and efficiently schedule service appointments
  • Clearly explain service recommendations and repair processes to customers
  • Coordinate between service technicians, parts department, and management
  • Monitor and update service records and repair orders accurately
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ensure the service process adheres to company standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships


Qualifications/Requirements – Automotive Service Advisor:

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Dealership experience is a HUGE PLUS!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and service software systems
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training a plus
