Responsibilities – Automotive Main Line and Maintenance Technicians:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, heating and cooling, and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and inspections
• Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed services to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Use factory-approved diagnostic equipment and follow manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and repairs performed
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs clearly and professionally to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with dealership and OSHA safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with manufacturer changes and new technologies

Qualifications – Automotive Main Line and Maintenance Technicians:

• Prior automotive technician experience is required
• Experience with Toyota or other import brands such as Honda or Subaru is highly preferred; however, we welcome skilled technicians with experience across all manufacturers!
• ASE certifications are a HUGE PLUS
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to perform accurate repairs efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret factory repair manuals and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
