As the bridge between our customers and technicians, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately document repair and maintenance needs. You’ll work closely with our technicians to provide clear estimates and service recommendations, while keeping customers informed every step of the way. Responsibilities – Service Advisor:
- Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs accurately
- Prepare detailed repair orders and explain recommended services clearly
- Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated on service status and estimated completion times
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
- Promote dealership service specials and routine maintenance packages
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the team’s CSI goals
Qualifications – Service Advisor:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive shop required
- Toyota or import brand experience (such as Honda or Subaru) is highly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear, approachable manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
