Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed volume, profitability, and CSI goals
- Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-first mentality
- Set and track performance benchmarks while providing coaching and development
- Work closely with the GSM and executive team on inventory strategy, marketing initiatives, and sales forecasting
- Ensure a premium showroom experience that reflects the luxury brands we represent
- Oversee desking, deal structure, and customer engagement from start to finish
- Recruit top sales talent and ensure onboarding excellence
Qualifications - Sales Manager:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a high-volume or luxury dealership
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive results through others
- Deep understanding of sales process, desking, F&I collaboration, and CRM systems
- Impeccable interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
- A passion for luxury vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
